This sign is at the entrance of Shanti Ashram, a community development center in Coimbatore. They offer a wide variety of outreach programs, including literacy, healthcare, nutrition, hygiene, alleviation of poverty, women’s empowerment and HIV/AIDS education. Very impressive.
Tribal boys are provided with room, board and an education at this school run by the Marthoma Church
